
DECEMBER CHECK-INS!

The New Year is quickly approaching!! This is the perfect time to make time to sit down with me outside of your regularly scheduled sessions, and discuss where you are currently with your fitness and wellness goals, where you want to be in the future, and discuss how we can work as a team to help you reach these goals! We will also do measurements at this time!!
The current days available for end of year check-ins will be Friday Dec. 24 from 9-11, and Friday Dec. 31 from 10-12. If there is a need to add extra time, we can discuss at out next session what may work better for you. You can sign up for your check-in through the app, under services, you will click on "monthly check-in" and book directly from there on the listed dates and times!
I hope to see more of you this month than last month! Remember, this is an extra tool that I am going to be offering at the end of each month, and this is only to help you!! There is no charge for this meeting!! My goal is to help each of you learn how to start setting small, monthly goals, and help keep you on track to achieve these health and wellness goals!!
